Buy to Let markets are dead in other countries, why not in France?

In many European countries including France, the percentage of people who rent property as opposed to purchasing property is much higher than in the UK. France currently has a huge demand for good quality long term rental properties. If the right property is purchased then the guaranteed returns on investment are normally 8-10% Net p/a - plus strong capital growth.

Can any property make guaranteed return on investment?

No. Many properties are not suitable for guaranteeing rental return. Our Buy to Let partner will advise you which properties are suitable.

Which areas are suitable for Buy to Let property investment?

Large towns and cities are where it is good to make investments. In the countryside and smaller towns there is not such a market for good quality rental property. Our Buy to Let partner has a wide range of suitable properties in the key rental markets in France.

No. The Leaseback scheme is a holiday scheme "residence du tourisme" which are aparthotels - apartments run as hotels and normal returns are approximately half of Buy to Let.
